    Income lands in Ready to Assign. Hand it out to envelopes like rent, groceries and fun, or tap “Assign it for me”.

Penny was built to know as little about you as possible.

  • No bank login neededType what you spent, or import a CSV file from your bank. Penny never asks for your bank password.
  • On-device firstYour iPhone understands your messages: Penny’s own parser, then Apple’s on-device model where available. Voice and receipt photos are read on your phone, and the photo itself is never uploaded.
  • The cloud helper only asks, never assumesIf a message is too tricky for your phone, Penny asks in the chat before sending it. Say no, and it stays on your phone.
  • No ads, no tracking, never soldDelete your account and data from Settings any time. Read the privacy policy.

When can I get Penny?

Penny is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone in the United States and Canada. It’s for adults 18 and older.

Do I have to connect my bank?

No. You log by typing, talking or snapping a receipt, and you can import a CSV file exported from your bank. Penny never asks for your bank password.

Is Penny free?

Yes, Penny is free to use: logging, planning, your pet and CSV export. Penny Premium adds more smart chats, unlimited receipt scans, your full history and trends, and extra cosmetic items. It’s $5.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the US, with a free trial for new subscribers. The app shows your price before you buy.

What happens if I forget to log for a while?

Nothing bad. Your pet never dies and never makes you feel guilty. It’s just happy to see you when you come back.

Can I buy coins?

No. Coins are earned only, by showing up. Rewards never depend on how much or how little you spend.

Does Penny give financial advice?

No. Penny is an AI budgeting buddy, not a person and not a financial advisor. It helps you track and plan your own money, and it doesn’t give investment, credit or tax advice.

Where does my data go?

Messages are understood on your iPhone first. Your entries are backed up to Penny’s server so you can restore them on a new phone, and you can delete your account and data from Settings at any time. The privacy policy has every detail.
